RETURNS POLICY

ORGANISING RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are handled directly - Just contact us and we’ll assist you.

  1. For returns and exchange, please contact us at info@runners.ae and via whatsapp at +97142500990 with your order number, reason for return, with images, front, back, sole (if shoes), and the original packaging box.

     Exchange-Return Condition 
    To be eligible Product is to be - 
      - Unworn & Unused: Shoes must not show any signs of wear, creasing, or dirt on the outsole, insole, or upper.
    - Original Packaging: Must be returned in the original box, including tags, tissue paper, and any accessories received.
    - Clean & Odor-Free: Footwear must be free of marks, stains, or odors to ensure hygiene and resale quality.

    Return charge: 15 AED

  1. Please note that shipping fees, COD fees, taxes and/or customs duties incurred will not be refunded. Value Added Tax (VAT) on the product will be refunded.
  2. Promotional and offer items are not eligible for returns.

Refunds

  • Refunds can be received as either Store Credit (available instantly) or to your Bank account (5 to 15+ working days).
  • Please note that refunds to your bank account are processed immediately after you request one. However, the time it takes for it to show in your bank account is COMPLETELY your bank's terms of service. Moreover, note that each instance of a refund can have varied processing times. Please discuss this with your bank provider for more details.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS 

Orders can only be cancelled before they are collected for delivery by emailing info@runners.ae. 

EXCHANGES

Items can be exchanged within 10 days of the delivery date. Once the item is returned and examined, buyer will receive a STORE CREDIT to repurchase the item they want to exchange with. We DO NOT cover costs of reshipping items to the buyer. 

Charges will apply for further exchanges, including shipping fee and any other expenses related to the exchange.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES EXCLUSIONS

For hygiene purposes, the following items cannot be exchanged or refunded: wearable technology, nutrition products, swimwear, earplugs, goggles, swimming paddles/fins, sports bras, socks, gloves, shoe laces, insoles, bandages, hand wraps, towels, mats and other similar items. Products that come in sealed packaging cannot be exchanged or refunded.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  1. Returned items must be received within 7 days. Any returns received after the mentioned period will not be processed and the goods will be returned to the customer, and the shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
  2. Please note return/exchange incur a return shipping fee unless the items is damaged when received.
  3. All orders must be returned in one package.
  4. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure you include any belts and any designer packaging that may have been included. If in any case where the products have not been returned in their original state - for example used -  then the customer will have to pay for the shipping charges for the return. The customer will not be allowed to choose their means of shipping the products, it will be returned through the shipping company/companies we work with only.
  5. Our Customer Care team will email you to confirm that your return item(s) has been received and will process the exchange/store credit.
  6. Returns, exchange and refunds of products purchased online can only be done through the process mentioned above. We are unable to accept returns, exchange and refunds of online purchases at any of our stores.

Should you wish to repeatedly exchange items, the return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

RUNNERS SPORTS LLC RIGHTS

Please note, RUNNERS SPORTS LLC reserves the right to refuse refunds and/or exchanges on items that are considered to be unfit for resale.

Returns made outside of the 7-day timeframe will not be accepted and sent back to the customer and the shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
