Shipping Charges 
  • Orders will be delivered via a third party courier company.
  • We ship to all GCC countries.
  • No shipping charges on orders above 1500 AED to Bahrain and Oman, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.
  • No COD available. only online payment through trusted payment gateways. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Credit Cards are accepted.
  • Shipping and custom charges to be calculated at checkout and is not liable for any additional customs fees that may be applicable and the customer would be responsible for paying the additional fees.

Order Processing Time

  • UAE:
- Processing time is 2-5 business days and delivery is 1-3 business days so in total customer has to wait 5 - 7 business days
  • GCC:
- Processing time is 2-5 business days and delivery is 5 -9  business days so in total customer has to wait 2- 15 business days
  • Orders placed after 12 pm or during the weekend will be processed during the next working day.

Additional Information

  • The customer will receive a payment confirmation e-mail within one working day of the order being placed.
  • A signature is required upon receipt of the shipment.
  • Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
  • reserves the right to add extra charges to the shipping delivery if the location is in a remote area.
  • If you want to cancel or refund your order, please head to our Contact Us page and follow the steps to lodge a request.
  • Please note that if your order has already been shipped and you want to cancel it, you will need to receive it first and then follow the return process.

  1. Monetary refunds on Cash On Delivery (COD) purchases are not accepted. Orders can only be exchanged or returned as online store credit, which can be used for future purchases. 
  2. All Credit Card returns will be credited back as online store credits.
  3. Please note that shipping fees, taxes and/or customs duties incurred will not be refunded. Value Added Tax (VAT) on the product, however, will be added into the online store credits.
  4. In the event that an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible and, where payment has already been made, refunds will be credited back to the original payment card used for the transaction within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
  5. All returned items will only be provided online store credit, redeemable on only, and not in any physical store.
  6. Promotional and offer items are not eligible for returns.


Orders can only be cancelled before they are collected for delivery by emailing


Items can be exchanged within 10 days of the delivery date. Once the item is returned and examined, buyer will receive a STORE CREDIT to repurchase the item they want to exchange with. We DO NOT cover costs of reshipping items to the buyer. 

Charges will apply for further exchanges, including shipping fee and any other expenses related to the exchange.


For hygiene purposes, the following items cannot be exchanged or refunded: wearable technology, nutrition products, swimwear, earplugs, goggles, swimming paddles/fins, sports bras, socks, gloves, shoe laces, insoles, bandages, hand wraps, towels, mats and other similar items. Products that come in sealed packaging cannot be exchanged or refunded.


  1. To organize a return or exchange, please complete the following steps within 10 days of receiving your order.
  1. Email and Quote your order number and list the items you wish to return. If you are looking to make an exchange, please also quote the product name and desired size.

  2. You will receive an email confirmation for each step of processing your return/exchange, including a new tracking number when the exchanged item(s) is/are shipped to the customer.


  1. Returned items must be received within 7 days. Any returns received after the mentioned period will not be processed and the goods will be returned to the customer, and the shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
  2. All exchanges/returns must be purchased using store credits and will be charged with additional fees to cover the costs of shipping and other expenses.
  3. Any additional items returned that were not included in the approved list of returned items will be sent back to the customer and the shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
  4. All orders must be returned in one package.
  5. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure you include any belts and any designer packaging that may have been included. If in any case where the products have not been returned in their original state, used, etc. then the customer will have to pay for the shipping charges for the return. The customer will not be allowed to choose their means of shipping the products, it will be returned through the shipping company/companies we work with only.
  6. All items are quality checked before dispatching, however, if you receive a damaged or faulty item then please contact us within 48 hours of receiving.
  7. Our Customer Care team will email you to confirm that your return item(s) has been received and will process the exchange/store credit.
  8. Returns, exchange and refunds of products purchased online can only be done through the process mentioned above. We are unable to accept returns, exchange and refunds of online purchases at any of our stores.

Should you wish to repeatedly exchange items, the return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.


Please note, RUNNERS SPORTS LLC reserves the right to refuse refunds and/or exchanges on items that are considered to be unfit for resale.

Returns made outside of the 10-day timeframe will not be accepted and sent back to the customer and the shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
